SHIPPING POLICY
Under normal circumstances, orders are processed the same or following day, Monday through Friday during typical business hours. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday with the exceptions of holidays. Shipments leave Monday through Friday and leave our warehouse within 1-3 days of ordering. Orders may also ship directly from the manufacturer. Grain Handling Solutions ship primarily through UPS. Orders over 150 lbs or dimensionally too large to go by UPS will be sent via LTL truck freight and will require a quote prior to processing. All orders must ship to physical address. NO PO BOXES. Grain Handling Solutions does not currently ship outside of the USA.
RETURNS
All returns must be within 30 days of the original shipment and be approved by Grain Handling Solutions prior to return shipment. All approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization number and must accompany the returned goods. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns goods. All returns must be in new condition and be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was an error on behalf of Grain Handling Solutions.
